Sponsor Licence Applications

This licence is for employers that want to sponsor workers from outside the UK and workers that are in the UK and are not settled nor British citizens. In order to obtain a licence, the business will need to make an application and provide at least 4 documents to support the application. Depending on your business, there are documents that MUST be provided amongst the 4. We will guide you through out the process which takes up to two months to get a decision after the application is made and the documents sent to the UKVI. The application is an online application and supporting documents can be scanned to UKVI or sent via post. We will advise you on your Key personnels. We also advise on Immigration compliance, guidance on the Sponsorship management system, issuance of Certificate of Sponsorships and licence renewal and management.
